Samsung Dryer squeaking. Ocotillo/Gantzel CONCERN: Dryer is making a loud noise when tumbling. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected dryer barrel operation, operation normal. Inspected blower wheel for restrictions, no restrictions in or around blower wheel. Found dryer drum support rollers failed. CORRECTION: Replaced roller, Operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports dryer has a burning smell while running. CAUSE: Internal dryer cabinet filled with blow by lint. CORRECTION: Disassembled dryer and cleaned internal dryer cavity and reassembled unit. Operation is now normal.
