CONCERN: Customer reports that the dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes. CAUSE: Dishwasher has soap and scum build up. CORRECTION: Performed dishwasher cabinet clean out, cleaned dishwasher sump and chopper area to remove debris. Cleaned spray arms as best as possible, installed citrus acid solution and ran machine to disinfect and clean spray ports and sump area of mold and mildred residue. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher is not cleaning. CAUSE: Found dishwasher flood sensor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
