CONCERN: Customer reports ice maker is not making ice. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply lines for leaks, no leaks from supply lines at the time of inspection. Inspected freezer for proper temperature output, temperature output in freezer normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage to the ice maker, voltage to ice maker is normal at the time of inspection.Found voltage to the Ice maker normal however ice maker will not call for water from the refrigerator water valve. Found the ice maker failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports oven is not heating DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested for proper voltage from wall outlet to terminal block Voltage good. Tested voltage from terminal block to control, voltage good. Tested voltage from control to ignitor, voltage good. Found oven ignitor has electrical short. CORRECTION: Replaced ignitor and tested, operation now normal.
