CONCERN: Customer reports Whirlpool Refrigerator is not cooling properly. Model GB2FHDXWQ02 DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Test compressor operation to see if the compressor was running. Compressor was not running. Tested for voltage from adaptive defrost control board to compressor. No voltage from the main control board to the compressor. Cause of failure found ADC main control board shorted at the output line voltage to the compressor. CORRECTION: Replaced ADC main control board and tested. Operation now normal.
