I was very pleased with the service provided by Appliance Works! I appreciated the phone call ahead of arrival! Scott was easy to deal with, very friendly, and knowledgeable of the complete system of my Samsung refrigerator. He took care of the issues involved in a reasonable amount of time and was very helpful in explaining some of the features of this appliance since we had just relocated to this new residence. I would definitely use his services in the future with any other appliance issues.
