It's never fun to have a major appliance repair. When Sam came out he was pleasant, explained the problem, the approximate costs, ordering and the return call. He answered all my questions in an intelligent and kind way. I have complete confidence in his knowledge, his caring about customers and pride in his work. Anything appliance repair in the future...I will be calling Appliance Works and asking Sam's advice. Thank you for taking a stressful situation for me and making it pleasant.
