Our Technician, Cristina, was excellent! She is professional, very knowledgable and was respectful of our home. Cristina thoroughly looked at our appliance, diagnose the issue and later repaired it once the parts were available. We appreciate that she took the time to explain the problem and answer our questions. If needed, we would definitely request Appliance Works services in the future, and we highly recommend them!
