I needed to have someone come check my refrigerator because it continued to run and would not shut off. The service tech that came to my home was Ty. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. He gave me lots of information about my refrigerator and what the problem was. He made some suggestions and did not try to sell me on repairs that weren’t needed. I was very impressed by his customer service and his truthfulness. From my call to Applience Works speaking with Lydia and Jennifer to my service with Ty it was 5 star service. They were all very helpful. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
