We were impressed with Ty the first time he visited with us late last week, to assess the problem with our GE Profile builtin microwave oven. He was able to do so quickly, gave us a firm price for the work, and told us he'd be back Tuesday, 8-29-2017, between 9:00 and 11;00, to install the new part. He called a short while before he arrived, and was very prompt in his arrival time. He is the most professional and personable appliance re- pair people with whom we've ever worked, and on top of that, he's just a very good guy. He is welcome in our home anytime, and we will gladly recommend your company's services in our neighborhood, and will also give your company name to our property manager for a rental condo we own in North Central Phoenix, too.
