Will was very considerate of our situation and when I asked him questions he seemed very open and honest with his answers. At no time did he pressure us to make very costly repairs but instead gave us options. I appreciate that in a service professional. He is a fine representative for APPLIANCE WORKS and I would definitly recommend.
