Our washer suddenly developed a losd balance problem. I contacted Appliance Works and was able to get a technician on site the next day. Christina arrived on time and listened attentively to the problem. Then proceeded to troubleshoot the LG machine for a mechanical problem but to no avail it did not display the code “uE” after two different attempts. Then researched service bulletins and one pointed to the Main pcb and stator. Parts that would require ordering. Cristina provided the service report and quotation to repair along with options.
