This is the first time we have used Appliance Works and I was very impressed at the timely response to our need. Sam came and assessed the problem on the same day I called. He was very knowledgeable about our dishwasher and knew immediately what the problem was. A part needed to be ordered, but Sam was back in two days to replace the part. The cost was fair and I was very pleased. We will definitely use them again.
