Chris, from Appliance Works was dispatched to our home for a very noisy washing machine! He came within 24 hours, analyzed the problem and gave us our options. He was very professional and polite. We decided to not repair it based on its age, but Chris was very nice to work with. We’ll continue to use Appliance Works for future repairs.
