Had a mechanic out to fix a problem with front load washing machine. The machine is still under Lowe’s protection program, so it was arranged by Lowe’s. The technician came out twice, the first time to diagnose and order parts, then the second time to fix after parts arrived. He fixed the problem after spending two hours completing the job. No money was exchanged since it is under warranty. If I ever had to find someone to fix my appliance, I will call them.
