Chris was our technician for a dishwasher issue. He was very professional, very thorough in determining, addressing, and solving the problem. He totally explained the options after determining the problem. When the replacement part arrived, he was very thorough in the replacement as well as insuring that the dishwasher was functioning properly. He is an excellent representative of his company!
