I will never purchase another Samsung appliance. This was warranty work, part had to be ordered. Part came in timely manner, and technician came right on the time I was told he'd arrive. With a busy schedule and working all day this was very appreciated. I felt like my time was valued by the fact they were spot on with everything. I would absolutely use them again.
