The worst customer / repairman service ever. My dryer squeaked they beat it with a hammer and now it grinds and groans. A $700 appliance sounds worse then my $250 dryer in my shop. DO NOT USE DEPENDABLE SERVICES, Do not buy a extended warranty from Lowe’s. Because they use Dependable Services. This is just a summary of the nightmare this company has caused. Details are worse than you would believe. The scheduling of appointments is horrible. Twice they did not show.
