Dependable lives up to it's name. Its started at the phone. The lady that I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant to talk to, no run around the bushes with the information I asked. And it ended with Erick, their technician, he came fixed the problem in minutes. He was polite and VERY efficient. And the price was very reasonable.
