The service man was very incompetent. I had to have another come out to fix the problem after their employee did nothing and said just see if the manufacturer will replace it. All the machine needed was a sensor. Now my new dishwasher finally works, thanks to the second company. I'll continue to use their competitor who actually did fix the issue.
