I had some issues with a previous repair by Dependable but it was finally resolved. I decided to try Dependable again since Eric was so professional even with the issues we had previously. My decision to set aside the past and give you another shot was the correct one as everything was done totally to my satisfaction. I hope I don't need you for a while but will certainly call you again for future repair needs. Eric is an asset to your company and should be commended.
