Took three visits (over two months ) to get microwave working but it was no fault of repairman so i will not discredit the review for such Microwave required new parts. First part was backordered and took a month. Second part took a bit less time. . Service rep communicated the delays to us and was very good at keeping us updated. Arrived on time each time he was scheduled and always gave us a phone call when he was 30 minutes away. He seemed very knowledgeable. He cleaned up any mess he might have made too. The work was covered 100% by warranty so I can’t fairlt review pricing. Any negative comments would be due to back ordered parts.
