quality of service depends on whom you are referring. The repair person was very polite, arrived with in the stated time frame and did repair the refrigerator. However, the time from initial request for service, to the job being done was unacceptable, eight days. Hopefully we will not need your services again.

Thank you for your feedback! We are happy that you were satisfied with our technician. But, do apologize that you were not satisfied with how fast the repair was completed. It looks like we had to order a part for your repair. Some times this happens, we do try and get every repair completed as fast as possible. but, as you can imagine, we cannot carry every part for every repair. This sometimes will cause a delay. Once again, we apologize and will attempt to cut down on the wait time for repairs.
