CONCERN: Washer is not draining or spinning DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected washer for proper output voltage from washer control to the washer motor, voltage output is normal at the time of testing. Inspected washer pump, Found washer pump failure. CORRECTION: Replaced washer pump and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not getting cold. CAUSE: Found compressor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced compressor (warranty supplied) and receiver dryer, evacuated system and recharged with freon. Operation now normal.
CONCERN Customer reports refrigerator making noise CAUSE: Found ice buildup on fan motor CORRECTION: removed ice buildup and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports Refrigerator is not cooling properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Test compressor operation to see if the compressor was running. Compressor was not running. Tested for voltage from adaptive defrost control board to compressor. No voltage from the main control board to the compressor. Cause of failure found ADC main control board shorted at the output line voltage to the compressor. CORRECTION: Replaced ADC main control board and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator section is not getting cold but freezer is still working properly. CAUSE: Found back panel and evaporator coils covered in frost. Tested the refrigerator defrost bi-metal thermostat for continuity, refrigerator defrost bi-metal continuity failed test. Refrigerator defrost bi-metal has electrical short. CORRECTION: Defrosted refrigerator evaporator coils and replaced defrost bi-metal thermostat. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports washer is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for voltage output, voltage output to washer normal at the time of inspection. Inspect voltage to control, voltage to control was normal at the time of inspection. Inspected signal from control to washer shift actuator, found washer shift actuator failed. CORRECTION: Replaced washer shift actuator and tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports GE refrigerator is not getting cold on refrigerator side. MODEL GSF25JGCBBB DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected compressor operation, evaporator fan and condenser fan operation, all normal. Found frost build up on evaporator coils. Tested defrost heater for continuity, Found defrost heater and limiter shorted. CORRECTION: Replaced defrost heater and limiter. Tested operation, all normal upon completion. Model FFHS2611LBRA DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected evaporator fan motor operation, evaporator fan operation is normal at this time. Inspect air return for restrictions, no restrictions at this time. Inspected voltage to the damper door assembly, found refrigerator damper assembly failed. CORRECTION: Replaced refrigerator damper assembly and tested. Operation now normal.
