I can’t say enough about the great service we received from a Josh when our washing machine broke. He phoned prior to the appointment so that he could have a sense of what the problem might be and arrived right on time. Turned out to be a different problem but he got the part and completed the repair the same day! This is the second time I’ve used AAR and I would absolutely recommend them.

CONCERN: Customer reports ice maker is not making ice. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply lines for leaks, no leaks from supply lines at the time of inspection. Inspected freezer for proper temperature output, temperature output in freezer normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage to the ice maker, voltage to ice maker is normal at the time of inspection. Found voltage to the Ice maker normal however ice maker will not call for water from the refrigerator water valve. Found the ice maker failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports cooktop burners are not working properly CAUSE: Found cooktop burners dirty. CORRECTION: Cleaned burner gas valves and tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports LG washer is not spinning and agitating correctly and makes loud noise Model Model WM2301HW CAUSE: Found washer Stator hub assembly failed CORRECTION: Replaced and tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Dryer takes too long to dry clothes and has E80 code, dryer does get hot though. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested dryer for proper heater element operation. Heater operation is normal. Inspected heater thermostat operation for short cycling condition, thermostat is short cycling. Inspected dryer air flow at the duct flume, air flow is normal at this time, no signs of flow restriction. Cause, Wall vent clogged with lint. CORRECTION: Performed dryer vent cleaning, tested for restrictions, operation now normal
CONCERN: Customer reports oven does not work. CAUSE: Found oven thermal cut out shorted. CORRECTION: Replaced thermal cut out and tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports washer is not completing cycles. And giving ol error. CAUSE: Found washer basket not floating to engage agitate mode. Main shaft has corrosion build up. CORRECTION: Removed basket from tub and shaft to clean shaft of corrosion and tested, operation now normal.
