Inspected door hinges for damage, no visible damage at the time of inspection. Inspected door springs and links, found dishwasher door hinge links failed. CORRECTION: Replaced link kit and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher is not draining. CAUSE: Garbage disposal plug not removed. CORRECTION: Tested dishwasher pump for proper voltage and inspected for restrictions. Found restriction at garbage disposal plug, removed plug and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is leaking water. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line for leaks, no leaks at the refrigerator water supply line. Inspected internal water refrigerator water lines for leaks, internal refrigerator water line are normal at the time of inspection. Inspected refrigerator defrost drain line for water leaks, found the source of the leak coming from the refrigerator defrost drain. Removed freezer panel to inspect for clogged drain line. Found the defrost drain restricted with ice and debris. CORRECTION: Cleared the refrigerator defrost drain of ice and debris, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher is not draining properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for proper voltage to dishwasher, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to main control input, dishwasher main control input voltage normal at the time of inspection. Inspected main control output voltage to the dishwasher drain pump, main control output voltage, normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to drain pump and found proper operating voltage to Dishwasher drain pump, dishwasher drain pump impeller still not working. Dishwasher drain pump failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dishwasher drain pump and tested, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not getting cold on refrigerator side. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected compressor operation, evaporator fan and condenser fan operation, all normal. Found frost build up on evaporator coils. Tested defrost heater for continuity, Found defrost heater and limiter shorted. CORRECTION: Replaced defrost heater and limiter. Tested operation, all normal upon completion.
CONCERN Customer reports refrigerator is noisy. CAUSE: Vibration at back of unit. CORRECTION: Moved copper tubes and other metal components to attempt isolating noise, replaced to original position and tested. Operation now seems normal.
CONCERN: Customer states washer is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall receptacle for proper outlet voltage to washer, wall receptacle voltage is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected washer controls for proper input voltage, voltage normal at time of inspection. Inspected washer interlock continuity, found washer interlock switch failed. CORRECTION: Replaced washer interlock switch and tested on all cycles, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports microwave is not working properly. CAUSE: Tested Microwave door switches for continuity, found microwave interlock door switch have electrical short and failed. CORRECTION: Replace microwave interlock door switch and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports ice maker is not making much ice. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Spray jets corroded and spray pattern is insufficient. CORRECTION: Replaced jets and tested. Operation now normal CONCERN Customer reports refrigerator has ice formation in bottom of the freezer and ice maker tube was full of ice. CAUSE: Continuing issue with water pressure? Valve and ice maker have been replaced already. CORRECTION: Removed ice build-up and reinstalled inlet tube and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports dryer has a burning smell while running. CAUSE: Internal dryer cabinet filled with blow by lint. CORRECTION: Disassembled dryer and cleaned internal dryer cavity and reassembled unit. Operation is now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports that the dryer is very noisey. CAUSE: Found dryer support wheels have failed CORRECTION: replaced all four support wheels & tensioner wheel and tested, operation now normal.Installed dryer vent hose

Inspected blower wheel for restrictions, no restrictions in or around blower wheel. Found dryer drum support rollers failed. CORRECTION: Replaced rollers, Operation now normal CONCERN: Customer reports dryer door is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected door operation at the door hinges, operation is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected the dryer door latch and striker assembly, door latch failed. CORRECTION: Replaced the dryer latch assembly and tested, operation is now normal.
CONCERN: Refrigerator section is not getting cold. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected voltage from terminal block to compressor, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Tested compressor operation, compressor operation normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to evaporator fan motor, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Found evaporator fan motor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced refrigerator evaporator fan motor and tested. Operation now normal.

Inspected for proper voltage to the ice maker, voltage to ice maker is normal at the time of inspection.Found voltage to the Ice maker normal however ice maker will not call for water from the refrigerator water valve. Found the ice maker failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker and tested. Operation now normal
