CONCERN: Customer reports microwave is not working properly, light stays on. CAUSE: Tested Microwave door switches for continuity, found microwave interlock door switch have electrical short and failed. CORRECTION: Replace microwave interlock door switches and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports cooktop RR burners are not working properly CAUSE: Found cooktop RR burner sitting backwards . CORRECTION: Position back burner properly and tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports microwave is not heating CAUSE: Magnetron and diode failure. CORRECTION: Replaced magnetron and diode. Operation now normal.
CONCERN Customer reports refrigerator filter issues CAUSE: Found broken filter tip on housing CORRECTION: removed broken tip and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN Customer reports refrigerator not despising ice CAUSE: Found Ice maker not position correctly CORRECTION: defrost ice from ice bucket and position ice maker correctly and tested. Operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher is not secure to frame . CAUSE: Found dishwasher not secure . CORRECTION: secure to frame and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is not heating. CAUSE: Inspected dryer wall receptacle for proper voltage to the dryer, voltage to the dryer is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected dryer terminal block and cord for visible shorts, no shorts found at terminal block or cord at the time of inspection. Inspected dryer heater continuity on the heater element, heating element tested good at the time of inspection, Tested thermal safety for continuity, no continuity present, Found dryer thermal safety shorted out. CORRECTION: Replaced dryer thermal safety and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports Whirlpool ice maker is not making ice. Model WRS571CIDM01 DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply lines for leaks, no leaks from supply lines at the time of inspection. Inspected freezer for proper temperature output, temperature output in freezer normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage to the ice maker, voltage to ice maker is normal at the time of inspection.Found voltage to the Ice maker normal however ice maker will not call for water from the refrigerator water valve. Found the ice maker failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker and tested. Operation now normal Estrella/Willis In Goodyear AZ
CONCERN: Customer reports that the dishwasher is not working. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected for proper output voltage from wall outlet to dishwasher, output voltage normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper input voltage from junction box to control board, voltage input to control board normal at time of inspection. Inspected output voltage from dishwasher control board to dishwasher pump and motor assembly, output voltage to pump and motor assembly normal at the time of inspection. Found dishwasher pump and motor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dishwasher pump and motor assembly and tested, operation now normal.
