Even though I have a refrigerator that they do not normally work on (Samsung) they stuck with it, did their research, and came back to fix it when they had an action plan. It is now working beautifully!

CONCERN: Customer states washer is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall receptacle for proper outlet voltage to washer, wall receptacle voltage is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected washer controls for proper input voltage, voltage normal at time of inspection. Inspected washer interlock continuity, found washer interlock switch failed. CORRECTION: Replaced washer interlock switch and tested on all cycles, operation now normal. Installed Stainless Steel Braided Hoses.
CONCERN: Customer reports GE ice maker is not making ice. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply lines for leaks, no leaks from supply lines at the time of inspection. Inspected freezer for proper temperature output, temperature output in freezer normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage to the ice maker, voltage to ice maker is normal at the time of inspection.Found voltage to the Ice maker normal however ice maker will not call for water from the refrigerator water valve. Found the ice maker failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker and tested. Operation now normal
CONCERN: Dryer is making a loud noise when tumbling. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected dryer barrel operation, operation normal. Inspected blower wheel for restrictions, no restrictions in or around blower wheel. Found dryer drum support rollers failed. CORRECTION: Replaced rollers, belt, and idler pulley. Operation now normal
CONCERN Customer reports refrigerator not making ice CAUSE: Found no supply line hooked up CORRECTION: Removed Monogram from wall and installed supply line. Reinstalled unit into wall and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is leaking water. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line for leaks, no leaks at the refrigerator water supply line. Inspected internal water refrigerator water lines for leaks, internal refrigerator water line are normal at the time of inspection. Inspected refrigerator defrost drain line for water leaks, found the source of the leak coming from the refrigerator defrost drain. Removed freezer panel to inspect for clogged drain line. Found the defrost drain restricted with ice and debris. CORRECTION: Cleared the refrigerator defrost drain of ice and debris and changed out faulty drain kit, operation now normal. Inspected washer pump, Found washer pump failure. CORRECTION: Replaced washer pump and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports Refrigerator is not cooling properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Test compressor operation to see if the compressor was running. Compressor was not running. Tested for voltage from adaptive defrost control board to compressor. No voltage from the main control board to the compressor. Cause of failure found ADC main control board shorted at the output line voltage to the compressor. CORRECTION: Replaced ADC main control board and tested. Operation now normal. Found refrigerator temp sensor failed, replaced and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Refrigerator section is not getting cold. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected voltage from terminal block to compressor, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Tested compressor operation, compressor operation normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to evaporator fan motor, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Found evaporator fan motor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced refrigerator evaporator fan motor and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports washer is leaking. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply to the washer for apparent leaks, no leaks from water supply to washer. Inspected washer water valve for leaks, no leaks at the washer water valve. Inspected washer dispenser and dispenser supply hoses for leaks, no leaks at this time. Inspected washer door boot, found washer door boot seal torn. CORRECTION: Replaced washer door boot seal and checked for leaks. Operation now normal, no leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports washer door not working CAUSE: Found washer hinge broken CORRECTION: Replaced hinge and tested, operation now normal. Replaced washer door boot interior strap.
