We live near the top of Cougar Mountain, facing west, in a development where the hill was clear cut. The result is that all of the houses in the develop fry in the late afternoon when there is nothing to block the sun. The sun would shine in almost sideways in the evening, making our deck almost unusable. Enter Eastside Awning. They installed fantastic awnings which have totally transformed our deck. We chose to get drop screens, electric motors, and wind sensors. We could not be happier. It is AMAZING what a difference the awnings make by reducing glare and hear. We now consider our deck another "room" in our house and, in fact, one of our favorites! Dave was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, easy to work with, and an all around nice guy. The prices are very reasonable. The products are excellent. My only regret is that we did not do this sooner.
