We recently repaired a leak on the water service line in the yard. Resident states meter is still spinning.
Work per estimate - replace 10' of water line near house. Call Vallon with questions.
Emergency- There is water gushing out from the foundation of the house- Leaking from underneath bedroom window into the yard
repair the guest bathroom manifold. if need to replace submit estimate.
Recall - All three newly installed toilets are shifting and unstable.
Water pressure has changed and the water always comes out warm no matter what. The ground is really warm beside the water heater in the garage. Thinks there is leak in the ground.
Work per estimate - Estimate to replace up to 15' of sewer main that is broken and needs to be replaced. Technicians will need to jack hammer(on the inside) and excavate(on the outside) to expose the existing broken sewer main. Once it has been exposed, technicians will cut out and remove up to 15' of the existing sewer main. Once the existing sewer main has been removed, technicians will install up to 15' of the new sewer main. Once all proper connections have been made to the new installation, technicians will check for leaks and test for proper function. Once we can verify that there are not any leaks and the new installation is functioning properly, technicians will back fill the previously exposed area.
