Tech said I do not need to swap out hot water heater. He said Jacob was looking at the wrong hot water heater when he was out. Too, did not let me know when they will be back next week. Too, I found a leak in bathtub cold water knob. Tech said he would add it to the list of things to do. How much extra would that be? Thanks
