Leak under the sink. This is Ongoing issue. The sink drain was not properly screwed on it. I fixed this more than 6 times. It’s frustrating, please fix this

replace 4" backwater valve in the crawlspace. Removed and replace up to 5' of 4" PVC drain line. Install two new 45 elbows.
The Hot Water Side In The Kitchen & Master bath Don’t Come On At All Only The Cold Water Side Turns On Per MT: Changed out kitchen faucets steams change out faucet neck blow out supply lines and the hot side still doesn’t work need third party plumbers out to look at this
