Troy did an excellent job today in cleaning and inspecting our fireplace and chimney. He reviewed his observations with me. When asked if there was anything he would recommend in the way we use our fireplace he had sound suggestions that I will implement in the future. Excellent technician, you are fortunate to have him.

We first had 2nd Generation to our house to do an inspection on our two chimneys. Matthias and Troy gave us our solutions and we went with the wood insert solution. The whole team, all four of them, were so great to have to install the wood insert. They explained everything they were doing. Very quick on the install as well. 2nd Generation's prices are right inline with their competition in the Twin Cities Market. We will definitely be future customers!
