100% Worth the wait! BNW replaced our original front door with something 100 times better, we asked them to incorporate a wrought iron exterior door with sidelights & of course they did. They completely transformed the entire entry way by doing so and then renewed our 20 yr old porch by adding an amazing covered porch to match the existing one on our house. Results=Beyond our expectations in every way! Awesome customer service from start to finish, very courteous, always timely, very detailed, superior work and craftsmanship, and 1000% worth the wait to have BNW do our project! So much so, we're now having them do the same project for our back deck to match the amazing front porch. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Will did an awesome job on our screened porch. Service on the sales side was not so great. First we had to follow up with them to get our quote. Then, they did not honor the original quote and we had to negotiate, but still not receive the original price quoted. This was disappointing, especially since they asked us to make a trip to their showroom. Also, the quote listed "color beige, all work complete". The PVC materials are white and we were told the morning the job was being started that painting was not included. This would not match our house and would not be approved by our HOA. We spent $56 on paint and 11 hours between the two of us preparing/painting the PVC that night so that the work could continue. There is no way the painting could have been done after the installation of the ez screen.
