I have used various carpet cleaning companies from Stanley Steemer to Green Clean. And none compare to ChemDry of Richmond. First of all they were actually early, and had called me to give me an idea of what time they would be here within the 5 hour window time I was told when I made the appointment. The PURT products they use do a great job of getting pet odors out. And the house just smells better after they have cleaned it. As opposed to other companies that the house just had a damp smell after they cleaned. The best part of this cleaning was the EXCELLENT customer service provided by AJ and Corey. They took care of every one of my carpet concerns and were driven by giving me the best carpet cleaning. I actually asked them for a link to do a survey because half way through the process, I was just so pleased with their work, that I wanted to let others know. While they did not move heavy furniture items, they did move lighter items, vacuumed first, put my bedframe, box spring and mattress back together and got out a couple of stains that other companies had not. Corey even gave me some sage advice on how to remove certain stains in the future. I had been using water, Dawn, hydrogen peroxide, oxiclean, etc. And the water just pushes the stain down into the carpet and the Dawn leaves a soap residue that you can see with their UV light. I now know how to treat a stain when it happens. It says so much to me that the same employees who have come here years previous, are still working for this company. I hope the owner and GM will read this review and do right by them. I will definitely use ChemDry of Richmond again!

My carpet looks great! My elderly dog has health conditions and can't control her bodily functions. You all cleaned my carpet and you would never know it looked as horribly stained as it did. Service tech rep was so congenial and explained things to me. He made sure I was completely and very satisfied.
