This was my first time using Herb/PANDA Carpet & Tile Cleaning. Herb did the most thorough tile and grout cleaning. He also cleaned the tile in the great room that was extremely dirty and appeared stained permanently, but was able to make the tile and grout match the other parts of the home. Herb was courteous and professional. He also cleans the baseboards as part of his service. I cannot find one thing to complain about as even his price was reasonable. I highly recommend Herb and PANDA.
