Herb did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets! He was great with some pet issues we had- both finding them (even ones we didn’t know about!) and removing them. Herb also spent extra in our family room which is a primary place for every one (dog, cat, kids)- and the carpet looks amazing! Herb was friendly, communicated with us several times to understand our needs before providing his quote, and accommodated our last minute appointment time adjustment.
