Brian in my view represents how someone should run a service business. His company, Panda provides a well elaborated and defined services and in my particular case I needed to have my tiles cleaned. Brian calls me in less than one hour I left him a voice message, sends me a very simple and detailed quote. We agreed on the terms and conditions, pricing and timing. He gave me options on when he could schedule the service (actually the day after). He comes, does his very professional work, explained to me the entire process and get it done. Accuracy, friendliness, professionalism. It can't be as simple as that. I am very happy with the service he did in my home. He will make my day when my wife comes and see how clean the floor is, I would love if every business I deal with had the level of professionalism as Brian and his company. Well done
