Herb was most excellent! I loved that I gave him the information of what I wanted clean, he emailed me a quote and that is exactly what I paid! No hidden charges or surprises. My 18 year old carpet looks great! Stains are gone- I can't wait to see if they stay gone... I am going to get the tile done next! I would highly recommend Panda Carpet and Tile Cleaning.
