Stanley arrived on time with a mask. He was very pleasant to talk to and we enjoyed getting to know him before he started work. He provided detailed information about the various services he could provide but was not heavy handed in trying to sell anything I was not interested in today. He worked efficiently and in the amount of time I expected for cleaning my sofa. He is a good representative for this company.
