I don’t like the process and don’t feel like the carpet gets as clean as other companies. The technician, David, was a great guy and if he worked for another company I would definitely be returning. It does look like he got the spots out but time will tell. I just wasn’t impressed with safe-dry overall.

David arrived and immediately we were impressed with his out going personality. His friendly service that was just the beginning. After witnessing his attention to detail, we knew that the house was in good hands. When David said he was finished I went to check out his work. We have had 3 to 4 different companies over the years clean those same carpets. Not a one of them ever made the carpet look remotely close too as good as David did!
