Overall a pleasant experience, with a few hiccups. Was told the food would come packaged in insulated cooler to "keep food warm up to 4 hours" that I could return after the event. Meat plates came in a carboard box and cold sides in a separate cardboard box. when I question, was give a piece of wrap for the top of box. Had I of known, I would have brought a cooler for the cold sides to keep them cold and, at the very least, blankets to keep the meat hot. Everything was served lukewarm, which was a bummer. I would order again because the food was good. Just wish instructions would have been more clear.
