We had Carolina Bbq cater the meat for our daughters wedding. We did the same for our son's. The pulled pork was awesome and the chicken had great flavor however, it was a bit dry. The service was above and beyond! I will order again as well as eat at the restaurant. Plan to try all you can eat fish fry!
