Beef Wellington was not what I expected. It was pieces of meat, not the typical filet. Salmon was excellent, but small portion. Cakes were excellent, but costly, especially the yellow cake with chocolate icing. Also, I thought everything was going to be cooked when picked up and ready for the 4 PM dinner, it was not.

We're a corporate caterer that just served them our Beef Wellington, Spinach & Feta Stuffed Salmon, Sides with Sweet Potato Croquettes, Sides with Multi Grain Cranberry Almond Pilaf, Sides with Three-Cheese Potato Casserole, Desserts, Wild Mushroom Tart, Breadworks Sourdough Bread, Wedge Salad, Cake Slice, Cake Slice and Type of Dessert.
