Just did another Pickup catering. We're a corporate caterer that just served them our Variety of Side Items with Whipped Sweet Potatoes, Corn Casserole, Charred Brussel Sprouts, Mac and Cheese and Mini Cornbread Muffins (1 dz) and Pumpkin Roll.
