I know Eadie’s for their amazingly delicious cupcakes and cakes that are well worth breaking any diet for, I promise. I had learned of a birthday at work, literally just the evening before the persons special day. So, my first reaction was to send an email to Eadie’s and hope for the best that they would either have a cake or cupcakes available for the next morning. They emailed me back first thing and let me know the options that were available. Whew! I was able to score some of the best cake in the area! The person I spoke with actually went above and beyond and she was able to have it delivered to where I work, due to the circumstances. The cake was shared with others in the office and there was nothing but compliments all around. Truly a great cake and the icing was phenomenal (light and creamy). I really can’t than the staff there enough for their help with making a co-worker’s day on their birthday extra special. When people give the kind of service they gave with an exceptional product, they are well deserving of all the stars I can give.
