Placed order online the day prior, received email confirmation. Lunch would not have been delivered if I hadn’t called 10 minutes after requested delivery time. Lunch was deliver 55 minutes after requested delivery time, food was delivered was not as order. Quality of food was good, service was not.

Hi Jeff you didn’t place an order, all you did was got a quote 4:30 pm in the evening for the catering next morning at 11:30 am. It clearly states in all the email you received that your order is not final till payment is confirmed and this just a quote. Since you never try to call or communicate till 10 minutes to the order needed to be delivered we still fulfilled your order. We yet to receive a payment on this order. As far food goes since there was no order placed we still had all the meats and sides minus the brownies which are baked to the order.
