We're a BBQ Caterer that just served them our St. Louis Spare Ribs - 100 pc, Cajun Pork Sausage - Full Pan 12 lbs, Smoked Chicken - 50 pc, Texas Beef Brisket - 1/2 Pan 5 lbs, Smokehouse Slaw - Full Pan, Baked Macaroni & Cheese - Full Pan, Baked Macaroni & Cheese - 1/2 Pan, Honey Buttered Cornbread - Full Pan and Pit Smoked Beans - 1/2 Pan.
