We're a BBQ Caterer that just served them our St. Louis Spare Ribs - 100 pc, Smoked Chicken - 50 pc, Carolina Pulled Pork - Half Pan 5 lbs, Carolina Pulled Pork - 1 lb., Baked Macaroni & Cheese - Full Pan, Pit Smoked Beans - 1/2 Pan and Yukon Gold Potato Salad - 1/2 Pan.
