Just did another Employee Appreciation Luncheon catering. We're a BBQ Caterer that just served them our Yukon Gold Potato Salad - 1/2 Pan, Pit Smoked Beans - 1/2 Pan, Caesar Salad 1/2 Pan, Steamed Fresh Vegetables 1/2 Pan and TENDERS BROASTED (Fried) Chicken- 100 Pieces.
