Hiring from Steve was a risky move for me because I am very very picky on my barbecue, and I have never had his food prior to this event. It was one of the best barbecue meals I’ve had, it came fresh, hot, and everything was perfect in the order. The meat was incredibly tender and flavorful. I will absolutely be ordering from him again! Thank you so much for making my event so perfect! People who normally barely eat anything at events were coming for seconds and thirds. I should’ve ordered more food lol it all ended up finishing.
